Tourism business is a major source of revenue of the country. It can make Thai economy continuously stronger. At present, Thailand has about 700 billion baht of revenue per year from both domestic and inbound tourism. Formerly, the government promoted marketing in both local and foreign markets according to the marketing plan that specified the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) to connect with tourist attractions, activities, and services that were consistent with the demand of each market so as to lead to sustainable tourism. Moreover, the government focused on services that could increase employment and local income distribution. This was aimed to create sustainable strength for the economy. The government has an intention to make Thailand become the tourism capital of Asia . Formerly, marketing emphasized on the quantity of tourists. Therefore, there were problems of insufficient supplies of lodges, tourism sites etc. to respond to the demands. The concerned organizations could not develop the quality of their products to meet the demand of high class people. The reason is that most tourists were considered low class but the number was very large. This caused a lot of problems. For example, some tourism sites could not respond to the number of tourists. Many lodges did not improve their quality because their guests had low purchasing power. Souvenirs had low quality and were offered with unreasonable prices.

        As a result, Baan Civilize Project is created under the concept of selling houses with lands located in the important tourism sites throughout the country. The project stresses on quality. The target is both Thai and foreign high class people who have high purchasing power. They may use houses of Baan Civilize Project to be their second houses or use for long stay purposes. They can even develop their houses to be resorts through thinking of the mentioned opportunity to fulfill the demand of high quality tourists.
       After analyzing the demand of such target, there are still many opportunities to run the business through seeking important tourism sites such as in Phuket, Samui, Nakhon Srithammarat, Kanjanaburi, and some sites in the north and the northeast such as Khao Yai.The site must be able to attract customers in the aspects of weather, local traditions and cultural activities, nature, convenient communication, safety, and privacy.       Khanom Beach has suitable slope. The sand is very small like gold dust. The seawater does not heavily splash the beach (except the monsoon season). From the beach till the deep sea, the seawater is still blue because the color of the mud at the bottom of the sea does not reflect to the surface of the water. In the morning, swallows will go hunting and they always loudly twitter. Sea hawks or “Nok Ok” as called by the local people will slowly hover above the sea with elegant motions and seek for fish on the surface of the water. Then they hover into the sea and bite the fish. This is the nature that appears everyday. Even in some morning, it is possible to see a big group of golden dolphins or black ones that go hunting near the beach. It seems like they come to greet the tourist who are along the beach and attract them to fascinate the beach. They also tell the tourists to conserve the environment.
